"It means, Castle, that we're meant to be together. You're meant to be mine, and I'm meant to turn you."

Castle pulled away, turning his back on Drake. He scratched the back of his neck again. "Sounds like some fairy tale shit to me."

Drake came up behind him and pressed himself into Castle's back. Castle leaned back, allowing Drake to take most of his weight as the man circled his arms around him. He closed his eyes, enjoying the feeling of being here, with a man he was beginning to think he loved. A powerful, demanding, supernatural man.

"Can't you feel it? This tugging between us?" Drake breathed softly into his ear. "I tried to fight it, but I can't anymore."

When he didn't respond, Drake slowly dragged his hands down Castle's lean, muscular body. "We're meant to be mates," he said, his mouth so close it made Castle's ear vibrate. "We're meant to hunt together." Drake circled a hand around his eager shaft and gave it a slow, tortuous stroke. "We're meant to fuck together." The man's other hand slid under Castle's balls, his fingers tickling the silky skin underneath. "To be mates."

Castle's throat constricted. He felt that overwhelming need overtaking him again. Some small part of him still resisted though. "I don't believe in fate," he said, softly. He bucked his body, forcing Drake's hand back down his cock.

"I never did either," Drake said, chuckling. "Until now."

Castle pulled away, abruptly, as if to prove to himself that he still controlled his body. He inched away from the security of Drake's strong arms, his heart pounding, his cock rigid. Before he knew it, he found himself pacing as his mind reeled.

He should be running. He should be screaming, flailing, trying to find some piece of silver to protect himself from Drake, who he knew could be a very dangerous man. But there did have to be something to this "fate" Drake was talking about. How else did he explain how easily he submitted to Drake? He'd allowed Drake to bend him over again and again, and take him like a dog rutting in heat. And Castle had been senseless throughout, loving every heavy, pounding, violent thrust.

He kept pacing, hoping it would help him from slipping into full puppy dog mode. "What now?" he asked.

"Now?" Drake asked, arching one dark eyebrow, his expression grave. "Now you have a decision to make."

"Okay... What are my choices?" He stopped, leaning against a wall, bracing himself.

Drake sighed. "I can turn you, and we can be together. Or..."

"Or we break it off and that's it. Right?"

Drake shrugged. "It's too dangerous to stay together with you remaining a human."

Castle had to admit, now that he'd met Drake, he couldn't imagine being with any other man. Who else could compare? But was this intense attraction to Drake enough to change his life around? He had no trouble lying beneath a rutting Drake, or taking him deep, hard and heavy inside his willing mouth, but...

"What exactly does it mean to be a werewolf?" Castle asked.
